Humax Foxsat HDR Twin Tuner and Installation Kit for France

I don't normally write or leave comments re items I have bought, but I am so very pleased with the friendliness, helpfulness, and the ease of installation of the above.  It went like a dream, can't praise your company enough, and would not hesitate in recommending.  Especially when I would have been charged an astronomical price by our local dealer £790!!!!! One very happy bunny!!

Hi John,
just to let you know I was very pleased with the comprehensive freesat installation you posted to me, I was up and running three days after receiving the kit, aching a bit as it meant a lot of crawling round in cellars and lofts, and am very pleased with the results, hiring the satellite finder was a good idea as it didn't take me long to tune in. I'm astounded by the BBC HD channel, it really is superb.
Anyway , just to say thanks for replying to my questions before I bought the kit, your great customer service is why I bought from you, and of course the price was very competitive....I'm looking forward to the HD recorders coming down in price so i can get rid of my DVD recorders, although they have had a new lease of life with the picture quality available.

The package arrived and the reception was flawless. All went by plan. I recommended you to several others you might get orders from here. I would like to thank you wholeheartedly for your excellent service and expertise in all aspects.
 
For your record the dish used was a 88 cm slightly ecliptical upright dish (one of those that points at the horizon but picks up the 45 degree angle). The location was about 10 miles south west of Fribourg, Switzerland. Signal strengths read at 100% on the check and quality in the 60% area.

Just to let you know that I am now receiving UK TV and that the recording system is also functional. I would like to thank you and your company very much for your efforts in helping me to receive English television here in Denmark. It may be a small thing to some people but it means a lot to me to be able to actually see and experience news and sports as you would normally as it happens back in England instead of receiving the sometimes scrappy information in the Danish news.

Dear Sir,  Congratulations on efficiency of service provided.  Digibox arrived lunchtime Friday 27th.  Plugged it in, replacing Panasonic TU-DSB31, which was giving a lot of picture and sound breakup. Now have good picture and sound on all available channels.  I will be looking for an HD box in the new year, I all ready have HD ready TV and a hard disc recorder, so you will be my first enquiry.

As a retired Royal Mail Delivery Office Manager I wish that all the packages that I had seen over the years had been as secure!

(north-east of France).

What would have been a Thomson Digibox to France!
 
I contacted UK Satellite TV in despair this morning .......... my satellite receiver had packed up. Not being practically minded at all with anything electronic my first and only reaction would be to buy another one straight away new . I was on the point of ordering a new
box to be sent over to my home in France, but when I talked to John about the broken digi box something was puzzling him ..... he kindly and patiently talked me through a process of elimination to remedy the fault with the digi box, and bingo .......... a loose scart lead that  had completely come away .

Unfortunately John has done himself out of a sale with the advice he gave me free, but I would not hesitate to purchase any product from this company as I know the after sales service would be excellent.
