We can repair most makes of Sky digibox. However, before deciding to get your digibox repaired, it may pay to consider the alternatives. We have a wide range of good quality used, refurbished and new digiboxes available; if your existing model is dated, it may pay you buy a replacement instead of getting a repair. Repairs generally involve an additional delivery cost - you have to pay to get you digibox to the repair shop, and the box has to be sent back to you. Buying a replacement means that although you may pay more for the digibox, you can save on the despatch costs of getting it to the repair shop. It also means that you will be back watching television a lot quicker than if your digibox is waiting to be repaired.
With this in mind, and with the added consideration that many of our customers are based outside the UK, we have devised a cost effective repair & replacement service that covers most makes of Sky digiboxes.
Option 1 - Full repair
You deliver your faulty digibox to us for a full repair. In the event that the digibox is beyond economic repair, we will replace it with another digibox of the same model, or a more recent model. Please allow for a repair time of approximately two weeks.

Option 2 - Replacement digibox
Do not send us your faulty digibox - just let us know which model you have, and we will send you a suitable replacement, subject to your agreement. Only the digibox will be sent - there will be no remote control, leads or instructions included. This keeps both the replacement cost and the delivery cost to a minimum.
