The Triax TD64 dish is ideal for use in the UK or Europe. It is typically used in the UK for obtaining the UK channels on Astra 28.2 East, and can also be used for Astra 1 at 19 degrees East.
Outside the UK, it is often used for reception of all UK channels (including BBC & ITV channels) throughout the majority of France, excluding the most southerly areas such as the French Mediterranean coast.
In terms of signal gain, this dish is similar to the Sky Zone 2 Sky dish. The main difference between the two is the LNB type that is used. On this dish, any 40mm type LNB can be used, whereas the Zone 2 Sky dish is designed to accept a Sky LNB.
The dish can be wall, pole or tripod mounted and the brackets and U-bolts for either mounting option are included with the dish. For wall mounting, the appropriate fixings - ie rawl plugs, coach screws and drill bit - can also be chosen from the optional extras below. This option can save you hours hunting around DIY shops trying to find the right fixings - in our experience, many of the leading DIY shops do not sell the type that you need for this dish.
This dishes are ideal for caravans because the LNB arm can be folded in after use, making storage more straightforward. For caravanners intending to head to Scotland, Ireland and France etc. they make a better (but less expensive) alternative than the Maxview Omnisat kits. Without the locking insert in place, the LNB arm can be folded back for easy storage.
This dish can be fitted with any standard 40mm LNB (see the product options below - don't use Sky 'spigot fitting' type LNBs with this dish).

This dish is packed in our own, specially constructed, double ply cardboard box. Other suppliers may send these out in the single ply manufacturer's packaging. This is not suitable for mail order delivery to the UK or Europe.
