 The AV video sender system allows you to watch and control your AV equipment (such as a Sky digibox) wirelessly from a second location. The 2.4 GHz signal penetrates doors, walls, floors etc and gives a clear signal for up to 80m. The system carries out the same functions as a TV Link, but without the need for cable to connect the digibox to the second TV.
The system consists of a small receiver (situated by the Sky digibox/Freeview box/DVD) and a transmitter, situated at the second location (eg at a TV set in the bedroom). Both transmitter and receiver are mains powered and, via the use of the remote control extender, allow the full use of your remote at the second TV.
This system can also be used with powered speakers to allow you to access the radio channels on the Sky digibox (or Freeview box) in a second location. This feature is very useful for those living abroad, as it effectively allows you to have the full range of UK radio stations in a different room from the main TV.
Please note - this device will not enable you to watch two different channels at the same time.
