The Thomson Sky Plus DSI8210CS satellite receiver has a built-in hard drive that allows you to record both free-to-air and Sky subscription channels at the touch of a button, pause live TV, rewind live TV, record two programmes at the same while watching another recorded programme and store up to 40 hours worth of recorded programmes. 
  
The Sky+ receiver is your own personal video recorder (PVR) and this Thomson model is fitted as standard with a 160GB hard drive, of which 80GB is available for your personal recordings. We can fit larger hard drives at request - please contact us for more details.

What else do you need? 
 
A Sky subscription. The recording functions on the Sky Plus receiver are controlled by your viewing card. If you do not have a Sky subscription card, you can only watch the free-to-air channels. Recording is not possible without a Sky subscription starting at £20.00 per month - please contact us for more information. 
  
A dual or quad LNB - The Sky+ receiver has two tuners and, to enjoy the full benefits of Sky Plus, you need two input cables to be run from an LNB with more than one output.

Delivery  
  • UK deliveries - £11.75. All standard UK deliveries are sent by a next working day courier service. Orders received before 12pm are usually sent out that day. Orders received after 12pm may be sent the following day.

  • All European deliveries (outside the UK) cost £29.00 and are sent by a fast and efficient European courier. This is a trackable service that delivers in two days to major European cities, but areas outside major towns and cities may take one or two days longer.

Quad LNB - a standard UK LNB with up to 4 independent outputs. Suitable for use on all UK mini-dishes.
