This package contains everything you need to install your own Freesat high definition system in France, Belgium, Netherlands and the Republic of Ireland. (For the extreme South of France we recommend the installation package with an 80cm dish).

With our packages starting at just £158.00 - and that includes the receiver, dish and, just as importantly, all the sundry items such as cable, fixings, connectors etc - you will make considerable savings of several hundred pounds by doing the job yourself, rather than by getting a 'professional' to do the job for you.

By taking the time to install the system yourself, you will gain an excellent understanding of how your system works. This is invaluable in the event that your system develops a fault - you will be able to fault-find with confidence - saving you more money on unnecessary call outs.

It's more fun to do it yourself and there's a sense of satisfaction to be gained when everything is set up and working. At the same time, it's not a difficult job, and we are always on hand to provide customer support where required.

How hard is it to install?
 
Installing your own satellite system is perfectly feasible if you are technically minded and reasonably competent at DIY. The most difficult part - aligning the dish - requires patience but can be done using the receiver's built-in signal meter combined with the satellite finder that is included in the package.
 
What channels can I receive?
 
This package is based around the high definition Freesat receiver, and will enable you to receive all free standard and high definition satellite channels. This includes all digital BBC channels (including BBC1, 2, 3 & 4, BBC HD, BBC One HD, Children's BBC and CBeebies), ITV channels (including ITV1 HD, 2, 3 & 4), as well as Channel 4 HD & Five and many digital satellite radio stations. Other popular channels that are available include E4, More 4, Film 4, CNN and the children's channels POP and Children's ITV. 
 
Included in the package are the following:
Freesat Grundig thumbnail with borderFreesat satellite receiver (high definition version - Grundig/Goodmans/Manhattan brand depending on stock). Other receivers are available on request.
    
  
Dish - Zone 2 against blue sky 150 x 11360cm x 90cm Zone 2 elliptical dish - an unobtrusive dish with high wind resistance. Gives an excellent reception throughout France.
LNB - Thomson Sky Quad 150 x 113Single output LNB to suit a standard receiver (a quad output LNB is offered as an option). Choose a quad LNB if you plan to have more than one digibox connected to the dish at any time in the future.

Delivery
 
All standard UK deliveries cost £11.75 and are sent by Parcelforce 48. Your order will be despatched one working day after receipt. Deliveries take 2 days, excluding weekends. If the date of delivery is important to you, please telephone to agree a delivery date.
 
Deliveries to the remainder of Europe cost £29.00 are sent by Parcelforce Euro 48 service. This is a trackable service that delivers in two days to major European cities, but areas outside major towns and cities may take one or two days longer.
